    Pizza

Did you know we now serve pizza on Friday nights?. Its a unique style of pizza, learnt while visitng Rome this winter. Made from Italian 00 flour, spelt, barley and whole wheat flours, the dough ferments for 48 hours. this makes it taste delicous and makes it more easily digestable. Our toppings are Roman style too, not too many but high quality, locally sourced when possible. Our charcuterie comes from Peasants Pantry in New Ross.

Pair a lovely pizza with something tasty from our wine and beer selections, chosen by our own NZ trained wine sommelier.
